We currently have a beautiful senior dog named Bella in our care. She is very active and enjoys her walks and spending lots of time keeping us company. Bella is a sweet and affectionate girl but unfortunately with being a senior dog comes some health issues. She currently requires some dental work and has a kidney stone that is causing her to have some discomfort. We would like to give her the best quality of life possible but we were given an estimate of $1700 to take care of these issues. She has grown on everyone at the shelter and…

Looking for actual Canadian Tire Money. I am sure someone out there is actually holding onto it. The SPCA would like to take it off your hands. It can be dropped off any day from 12 to 2 pm. This is another great way to Support the Burin SPCA and we can use the money to buy supplies for the shelter.

The Burin Peninsula SPCA 27th Annual Walk A Dog 2025 will be held on June 29,2025. It will be on the Burin Track and Field. Registration will be at 1:30 PM. The walk will start at 2:00 PM.If anyone would like to take a sheet, collect some sponsors and walk with us and show your support, you can Contact Alfreda at 709 891 1003 or pick up a sheet at the SPCA.
